Francisco Vidal, founder attorney of the Vidal Law Firm, is an expert with more than ten years of experience in processing investment, business, work, and extraordinary ability visas – in particular, the E-2, E-1, EB-5, EB-2 NIW, TN, H-1B, L-1, O-1, and P-1. Francisco holds a JD from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law and an MBA and BA in international business from the University of Texas at San Antonio. In 2021, Francisco Vidal was recognized by UGlobal, one of the leading investment immigration organizations, as one of the TOP 25 Immigration Lawyers in the United States.
Before founding the Vidal Law Firm, Francisco worked at a Houston-based immigration law firm. He was tasked with opening and running the firm’s first office in California. From 2013 to 2017, Francisco managed office operations in San Diego, California. He handled all aspects of United States business and investment immigration law, work visas, and permanent residence cases. In addition to his immigration practice, Francisco developed a solid corporate and employment law practice.
Today, Francisco is frequently invited to participate as an expert speaker in various investment and immigration forums and conferences, particularly in Latin America and Spain.
Francisco Vidal is bicultural, having grown up to the age of 16 in Cuernavaca, Mexico, and later developing his academic and professional career in the United States (Texas and California). His passions include helping clients, reading, traveling, trying new restaurants, music, tennis, soccer, and surfing. Francisco is married to his beautiful wife, Mariana, with whom he has two adorable daughters – Ivana and Natalia. Francisco lives with his family in The Woodlands, Texas.
