Non-Immigrant (Temporary) Work Visas
- E-1 Treaty Trader
This visa program allows businesses or individuals of a treaty country to come to the U.S. to engage in international trade.
- E-2 Investor
The E-2 visa program allows nationals of a treaty country to come to the U.S. to invest and work in a new or existing business.
- L-1 “New Office”
This visa program allows foreign companies to send a manager or a specialized employee to the United States to establish a new office.
Immigrant Visas (Green Card)
- First Preference EB-1
Employment-based first preference immigrant visas are reserved for persons of extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business or athletics, and for multinational executives and managers. No specific offer of employment from a U.S. employer si required for this immigrant visa category.
- Fifth Preference EB-5
This immigrant visa applies to entrepreneurs and investors who make a $1 Million dollar investment in a commercial enterprise in the U.S. that generates at least 10 full-time jobs. The investment requirement drops to $500,000 if the U.S. enterprise is located on a rural area or an area of high unemployment.
